What To Do For Allergies

Couple of suggestions…….

  • Recommended daily nasal rinsing with a neti pot using a saline solution can be helpful. For chronic nasal congestion, nasal rinsing 2 – 3 times a day should improve your condition. The longer your body stays in contact with allergens and the longer the allergens stay in your sinus cavity, the stronger your body’s reaction will become. By rinsing the allergens out, you’re diminishing contact with the allergens and reducing your body’s reaction.
    • Regular acupuncture treatments for those who suffer from severe seasonal allergies are definitely recommended. To help alleviate symptoms while at home in between treatments, try pressing either side of the nostrils for 15 – 30 seconds 3 times a day.  This may help manage symptoms and unclog nasal passages.
